I know there are many references to Sun Wah, but if anyone checks in today and can offer a quick list of "don't miss" items, that would be great. I've taken out from S.W. several times, but so far apart that I can't remember what were the greatest hits and brother-in-law is in town for dinner looking for local deliciousness.
Love spare ribs ,duck, squid, etc. Enjoy crispy and salty preparations. Prefer ducks from which fat has been largely rendered off in the process.
Also - how does Sun Wah compare with Hon Kee which I have never seen discussed, but whose window certainly looks enticing just a half block down?
