Sun-dried olives?

Just came back from Toronto. We visited a wonderful Portguese restaurant called Chiado that served these sun-dried black olives in olive oil, roasted garlic, hot chili peppers and rosemary. Normally I don't eat olives, but I couldn't help scarfing these down. They were that good. Very sweet and aromatic with no hint of the brine that I usually cannot stand in olives. Does anybody know where I can purchase these ready-made olives -- or at least where I can purchase sun-dried olives?
