This summer has several wonderful specials that I tried last week. The $20.05 three course special at Gabrielle is excellent (Tues. -- Thurs.), with many choices within each course. My favorite, though, is the 3 appetizers (with glass of wine) at Ralph's. The list of appetizers is truly remarkable, and the $5 sucharge for the foie gras was more than reasonable. The steak tartar and oysters Ralph are also a must. The Estancia Pinot was a nice compliment with many of the offerings (I don't recall what the chardonnay was).
