Summer in Normandy with children

Monica | Jun 7, 201705:35 AM     8

I have been dreaming about taking my kids(10 and 6) to France during summer vacation(2018).
I've been researching and Normandy(and or Brittany) sounds like a good place for family with kids in summer months. (Please suggest different areas any where in Europe- I was also thinking about Dordogne region or Tuscany, Italy )..Perhaps after a short visit to Paris or London through Channel.

I don't know if this sort of thing is popular in France or not but are there dairy farms that offer overnight stays and farm activities in the Normandy region? Any factory tours of their famous butter and maybe even tours of biscuit companies that they are known for?

All suggestions and inputs are welcomed. =)

I am thinking 2 weeks to maybe 3 weeks...it can actually be cheaper than sending them to camp.
