Hi! Well, I didn't receive any responses to my request yesterday for guidance to the white chili thread, so I will try a different tact.
I have this lovely, vacuum sealed smoked turkey leg in the frig. My teenaged children want me to make something (well, actually white bean chili) with it.
Any ideas? The only restriction is no dairy ingredients, but I can substitute soy milk, margarine, etc.
