Need Suggestions for a Saturday Night Bash

The senior partner of my law firm is getting remarried. As the resident food quasi-expert, I'm in charge of planning the party.

The firm would like to have a nice Saturday night dinner in Center City. We want to include spouses and significant others which would total about 30 people. Though we don't necessarily need a private room, we would like it to be a place so that some people could make toasts etc. The place must have a liquor license.

I have had some thoughts, but I'm really stumped for the perfect place. Has anyone recently hosted or been to a party at a nice CC place? Maybe an Anniversary Party or a Rehearsal dinner? That's really what we're looking for. Something that will be in the under-$100 per couple range including dinner, drinks, gratuity and incidentals.

I know that Brasserie Perrier has party rooms. Anyone been there for a party? Thanks for all help.
