I've just started low-carbing, along with other family members. This week is a birthday in our family and I would like to make the following family recipe (I've also added a link to it below) :
I'm interested in trying to make it low-carb, however. I have recipes for low-carb pie crust and I can use splenda instead of sugar, but what has me stumped is what to substitute for the corn syrup. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any advice!
