I'm planning a convocation party soon, and it'll be a mingly, chit-chatty type of thing. I'm thinking of hors d'oeuvrey food, with an asian flare. All meats are good, seafood is good, but I need at least 3 veggie hors d'oeuvres. I'm still thinking of venue, but if possible, what can I make thats good and yummy at room temperature (ie. without reheating if no oven, or without chilling if no fridge)?
