We were in NO a couple of months ago and tried grilled oysters for the first time - on the half shell, on the charcoal, flamed with a garlic butter/white wine mix, and lightly sprinkled with grated parmesan. I enjoyed oysters all my life, but those grilled babies were an epiphany!
We'll be in Manhatten in a few weeks - anyone doing oysters like NOLA's Acme or Felix or Dragos?
