I have memories from decades ago of a duck dish (maybe it was a l'orange, but I don't think so) in Paris. I have over the years scarfed down wonderful duck confit as well as sliced duck breast, but never this dish that as I recall was the duck breast (maybe half the duck) with a crispy skin and delicious sauce. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had recently had duck in a Paris restaurant that you think might be worth my trying? I'll be in Paris for a week solo end of January/beginning of February, and would love to try your suggestions. Many thanks!
