My wife and I will be in Seattle the second weekend in August and we are only there Thursday-Sunday. One of those days (likely Thursday or Saturday) we would like to have a “nice” dinner.
It does not need to be the most expensive restaurant in town nor are we looking only for the hottest/newest restaurant. We are open to old favs or new places. As mentioned does not need to be the most expensive but we are looking for a nice evening so probably a step up from a casual dining experience.
Being in Seattle I think we were leaning towards being able to enjoy seafood on the menu but we are open to any type of cuisine. I’m a bit more adventurous than my wife who typically does not care for prix fix menus.
I looked at Wataru as a potential spot. Any thoughts on that?
We are staying just north of Pike Place Market in an area i think is called Belltown, but we are open to traveling anywhere in the city for the meal.
Open to any suggestions no matter the price range or cuisine as I’ll consider them all. Thank you for any suggestions.
