Suggestions for 2 1/2 Day Trip

Hi everyone,

My husband and I live in Los Angeles and we are taking a quick child-free trip to Vegas next weekend. We definitely would like to go to a steakhouse, but are completely open for suggestions for other restaurants. We love all types of cuisines.

In LA, our favorite restaurants are Ink, Animal, Osteria Mozza, local Thai places, and local Mexican restaurants.

Since we have great Thai, Mexican, and Sushi in LA, we are looking to experience some different types of cuisines. We are open to anyplace from local holes in the wall to Celebrity Chef places (that live up to the expectations!) to old school Vegas spots.

We will have a car and no dietary restrictions. Where would you take your best friends from out of town? Where do you celebrate your anniversary?
