suggestion for a quiet place for a group of 12, please

I am looking for a restaurant where I can take a group of 12 diplomats for dinner this Tuesday night. It'd rather it be closer to the UN, but I am willing to move East as far as needed. Most important condition is that is quiet enough to have a substantial converation and that they accomodate 12 arpund one table. Price wise, entrees hopefully around 25 or less. Food wise, almost anything would do, but I would rather stay away from very specific things like Korean BBQ or Sushi. My usual places are: Meltemi (Greek), Solera (Spanish), Montparnasse (French), and I have used the upstairs at Danal (French). For diferent reasons neither of this work this time. I have been to Nicos Positano's (didn't like it much), Kellari (Too expensive), Djiango (too expensive and too chic).
I appreciate any suggestions!!
