Suckling Pig Est Arrive!

We ate dinner at the bar of Lucques last night. The bartender told this that several fat suckling pigs arrived the day before. They should be ready by Friday, but call before you go.

As far as I know, this is the first time this winter they have had it.

Rumor is that they slow cook it in duck fat before it is roasted.

The guinea hen with housemade boudin was excellent.
