10-15 Friends will be gathering for dinner in 10 days to celebrate my birthday.

And for my birthday, I want a pig. A delicious, snout-on whole suckling pig. Optimally, the setting is also reasonably nice, perhaps dim. (I'm usually all in for great food in flourescent lighting but this is an advanced birthday, so it's time to hide in the dark). I'm thinking that as many people as are up for it will dine on the pig, others will have the option of other entrees.

Price is not so much an object. Full bar is a must.

Please recommend your best bets and any tips. Manhattan preferred, but if you feel the best is to be had in an outer borough, please let me know.
