Does anybody know the recipe for the hot pepper relish you get at subway, or another hot relish that is similar? Usually relish is too sweet, but this is vinegary, slightly spicy and not too sweet. I am addicted to this stuff but will go broke eating at subway so much, i need your help
Haven't been to a Subway in years, so I have no reference point. Is it something like a giardiniera?
