A friend's daughter is highly allergic, and my friend discovered that her standby cake mix has been reformulated to include dairy.
She once used a Dr. Oetker Organics cake mix (no dairy), but had a bad result in the past, she thinks because of using rice milk (her other child can't have soy).
Do you think that rice milk would be a deal-breaker with cake mix? Any thoughts on how to work around it? Thanks a million.
