I'm looking around for a recipe to use up some chicken and spinach in my freezer. I saw one nice-looking white lasagna that would work well, and one recipe for a casserole that involved layering corn tortillas with other ingredients. I don't have lasagna noodles lying around, have a package of flour tortillas that are just about stale--it occurred to me that if you can make a casserole with tortillas, maybe you can use them like you would lasagna noodles. Has anyone ever tried this, and did it work? Would they just turn to mush?
