It's snowing here and the streets have not yet been plowed so I am not inclined to go out. I would like to make the Wilton spritz cookie recipe but I've got no milk in the house, but do have 1/2&1/2. Should I substitute 2tbs of H&H for the 2 tbs of milk, or one tbs H&H and 1 tbs milk? My concern is that, if I do a straight substitution, there will be too much fat in the dough, which may affect how it extrudes from the press.
