Could I substitute flour tortilla for corn?

I am thinking of making an enchilada casserole (see link) that calls for sixteen corn tortillas. The dish will be baked at 350° for forty five minutes. Where I live (Sweden) corn tortillas are a bit hard to find. Could I substitute flour tortillas and would it make much of a difference in the end result.
