Stuffing w/specific parameters

Hi all,

I'm looking for a recipe for t-day this year. I've been making a wonderful mushroom and leek (epicurious) stuffing for the last 3 years, and am looking to shake things up. I know there are lots of recipes out there. I'll narrow it down a bit, and I'd love your suggestions!

1. Not cornbread based.
2. No nuts (inc chestnuts - seeds are ok), or recipe where nuts can be deleted without greatly affecting outcome.
3. Not a big fan of meat in the stuffing (sausage, bacon, oyster, etc) but chicken broth is fine/good.

I've been known to make 2 varieties before - we love our stuffing!

For those who want the mushroom/leek recipe (which is delicious!!!!!), it is here:
