I am talking 60 high school students from the burbs to SF for dim sum before an Asian Art Museum trip in May. I am looking for a restaurant that will stretch them, but not scare them (cleanliness, fresh, somewhat mainstream...) at a reasonable price (forget Yank Sing) in the downtown area (no Geary/Clements street.) I would love one of those huge rooms, but the food must be right. I tried New Asia--it looked right, but the dim sum was a bit rustic (fish eggs on the shu mai...). Any ideas?
