"Wow. That was good. Really good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Wow."
That was my husband's reaction as he finished his strawberry rhubarb tart from Flaky Tart. We hadn't visited in a while and I stopped by yesterday to pick up a few goodies. He said it was the perfect combination of great crust, great filling (just a little sweet, a little more tart) and yummy crumble. It was declared better than the amazing tarts I bought at Whitty Farms in St. Catharines last month.
I'm going to go eat my English toffee brownie now...
