Straus Milk without Vitamin D is a godsend to those with Vitamin D Alergies

MrHarleyDavidson | Dec 10, 201705:57 PM

My wife and my sister are terribly alergic to Lanolin - from which most Vitamin D which is added to Milk is made. The only source of Vitamin D which does not cause severe problem for them (and others with this alergy) is Vegan Sourced Vitamin D - which none of the commercially available milk we've been able to find in California or Oregon contains. Vegan sourced Vitamin D is probably too expensive for the Dairy Industry.

Straus, by not adding Vitamin D to their milk, allows all of us who need to avoid Lanolin laced products a commercially available source of great tasting, wholesome, milk & milk products. If you are like us, you will be quite thankful for their care and concern for their customers. I know we are.
