In a very good piece in yesterday's NY Times, RW Apple extolled the joys of culatello made by Armandino Batali (father of Mario) in Seattle.
In the course of his article, Apple mentioned his favorite butter, from the Straus Family Creamery in California.
Does anyone know of a source for this butter in New York? A quick scan of the butter in Fairways was a bust. And pointers would be appreciated.
