Strasbourg - are these places any good?

Hi all

I have been in touch with the Tourist Office in Strasbourg who have given me a list of restaurants which are open throughout the Christmas/NY period. I have had a quick look and a few have interested me (or, to be honest, they are some of the few with websites which sent them to the top of my list). Does anyone have any thoughts/recommendations as to the following places?

La Cuiller a Pot
L'Amuse Bouche
La Bourse
Au Dauphin

Obviously I need to get moving quite quickly to make a booking for Christmas Eve (dinner) and Christmas Day (dinner or lunch). Otherwise I'm assuming that ethnic restaurants may be open if that particular culture doesn't celebrate Christmas, which could be a last minute option if needed.
