Strangely Good Salmon with Pineapple Mustard Stuff

I'm currently obsessed with bbq'd whole salmon or skin-on filets, served with a mixture of drained and fork-crushed canned pineapple and a little bit of dry mustard. Let the 'napple mixture sit for several hours before serving. Just thought I'd share because it's so strangely good.
