Anyone **not** strain their bernaise sauce?

Ie, do you incorporate the shallots and tarragon from the reduction into your finished bernaise? I do, and I find it to be chunky, tasty awesomeness.

Most recipes side w straining. Indeed hard to find those that don't, or debate on this.
