I love roast garlic, and I am going to an outdoor concert in two days with a picnic. I was wondering if bringing roasted garlic to a picnic is feasable. I've only made it and then eaten it right away (Oven to table, if you will).
How far in advance can I make it (should I wait until tomorrow or can I just roast a few heads today?). Do I leave the paste intact in the bulb or squeeze it out and then store it in some EVOO? no evoo?
Best ways to store it? Will it get bitter after leaving it for too long?
