We're going to try out our pasta machine for the first time this weekend. I'm wondering whether we can store fresh pasta and if so, for how long. The recipe says to either use it right away or let it dry completely. It seems like we should be able to store it in the refrigerator at least overnight. We're making papperdalle. Can we dust it with semolina flour, roll it up and put it in a baggy or something, or is the only option drying it?
