We made pumpkin bars this evening (recipe here: http://www.marthastewart.com/336431/p...).
We plan to eat/serve these tomorrow and Thursday. But we are struggling to determine whether these should be on the counter at room temperature or in the refrigerator. We always leave brownies at room temperature, but various resources online indicate that cooked can pumpkin should be stored in the refrigerator.
Regrettably, there is no cream cheese or other frosting on these bars.
