A roasted chicken is a thing of beauty. So simple, yet... not.
With 3 dogs and a DH, I rely on these convenience chickens for many, many things.
I have found that the taste/quality ranges from store to store.
At this time, I rank Costco #1, with Giant a respectable second. Both $5 (Costco all the time, Giant on Fridays)
Do you buy store roasted/rotisserie chickens? Where at and why? How do you find the price to quality ratio?
How do you get the biggest bang for your buck?
My chickens can do anything from add yumminess to my dogs' meals, to become chicken salad or a casserole, to making stock for cooking (not so much soup).
