There is an old thread,

But in the end it reads "This post has been inactive for almost 11 years. Get up-to-date replies by starting a new discussion."
So I'm starting a new discussion.
I am loving this Southern Tomato Pie,

I am pretty good at growing tomatoes, ...but do not think I'm good with pie crusts.
I am also loving "French Picnic",
"Leadbetter’s French Picnic is the ultimate flaky, buttery pastry dough rolled into pastry circles for 9" standard, 9 1/2" deep dish plates, and 9 1/2" French tart tins. Produced locally in San Francisco with organic flour and 100% pure butter, French Picnic pastry is perfect for both an elegant or rustic presentation. The dough comes frozen and thaws in just 10 minutes. Ideal for use in sweet and savory recipes such as pies, tarte tatin, galettes, quiches, pot pies, and vegetable or fruit tarts."...

Yup, yup, and yup....
mentioned in the link, which is $10 for two, but it might be well spent. The hubs spends more for a pizza!
Any thoughts on currently available store bought pie dough ?
