Store-bought egg whites?

Alcachofa | Nov 6, 201801:37 PM     8

Hi. I'm posting this here, as I will be using the egg whites to make drinks. I'm wondering if anyone has ever used the egg whites you can find in a supermarket to make cocktails which require egg whites. I'm not referring to Egg Beaters, which adds an extra ingredient. I think I saw *just* egg whites. I don't feel like tossing a bunch of egg yolks down the sink, and if the supermarket whites are the same as what I can "retrieve" on my own, I'd rather do that.

So, has anyone else used the prepackaged egg whites in drinks? How did that turn out?
