Stopped buying mince

I've never liked mince - it's a real low quality meat. The fat is useful (say for burgers) but you can NEVER tell what you're getting. For lasagne/bolognaise I now use cubed casserole steak - and if I did get mince for burgers, I think I'll go to the butcher, and get him to mince my choice of cut for me.

It's more of a statement tbh, but what about you guys? Do you ever think about it? Lasagna is so much better IMO with nice big chunks of tender beef.

Sorry I just looked for the recipe, but I can't find it. It's weird because there's no tomatoes in it - but it doesn't suffer at all.
