Stocking a ready-to-entertain-in-a-moment kitchen... Ideas???

Pastas, the best jarred sauces (Rao's I like), frozen pesto, cheese/ crackers, olives, salami, prosciutto, artichokes..... these have been my tried-and-true faves, but any new ideas????

Something for cocktails or a light dinner.

Let's assume you have no time to go the market, and need some things permanently on hand in the fridge (with a life of 7 days)/freezer/pantry for emergency cocktail/dinner surprises.....
