stocking the ideal kitchen

It might be the weather, but lately I've been having the urge to purge - I want to throw out pots and pans and gadgets that we never use. What would you consider the absolute minimum in terms of kitchen supplies? Right now my plan is to keep:

- 12-quart stockpot w/ lid
- large nonstick skillet w/ lid
- small nonstick skillet
- small cast-iron skillet (omelet pan)
- small enamelware roasting pan
- small saucepan w/ lid
- medium saucepan w/ lid
- large nonstick roaster w/rack
- 9x13 tempered glass baking/roasting pan
- 8x8 nonstick baking pan
- 2 9-inch cake rounds
- 2 cookie sheets
- 2 muffin tins

i'm tossing my wok and the myriad duplicates of any of these that i've got lying around (how many saucepans does a woman need?!)

I want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything. Naturally I'm keeping all my appliances - my blender, food processor, mandoline, upright mixer, and immersion blender. Are there any other appliances that you think I should acquire?
