We were privileged to have a wonderful meal at the Stissing House during recent travels. Pizza's are diverse and more delicate than the traditional "garbage can" pizza's of old, and they peak one's interest in trying new things. The flank steak ordered was tender, perfectly medium as ordered and was served on a bed of celery root puree to die for. The chef and help were more than accomodating; we aren't wine buffs but they managed to suggest a reasonably priced wine that complimented both meals. The lamb shank was more than ample and the pecan pie was some of the best ever.
