Stir Frying to the Sky's Edge - here I come!

So excited to get this in the mail today! I've been watching these classes from Craftsy -

and purchased the 14 inch carbon steel wok from here

It arrives today. I amazingly found the chinese scallions she says give a unique character to the seasoning process (the "opening" of the new wok). Can't wait to get my wok "hay" on.

Just posting in case anyone is looking to talk stir fry :)
