Hey, I'm gonna do a stir fry tonight (for two), and this is what I have;
I was thinking really about only putting the top 4 ingredients in and having more of a meaty/veggie thing, but I have three questions I'd like to ask:
1: Any additional ingredients needed? I have some chilli and some ginger, some sesame seeds might be good also?
2: how should I chop the ingredients? I was thinking about quite thin strips of beef, and maybe chop the carrots on a slant?
3: Most important, I'm unsure about the sauce - I bought a bag of pre-made katsu sauce, but I don't think I want to use it. I'd prefer something more like a dressing, like soy sauce and nam pla or something, can anyone help with this?
