I purchased a frozen fish fillet from Trader Joe's in Menlo Park yesterday labeled "steelhead". Tonight I cooked it. I tasted it both raw and cooked and it didn't seem to have much flavor. It certainly didn't taste like a piece of salmon — which it looks like — and it didn't taste like trout — which I've been told it used to be related to.

Has anyone else tried this fish, yet?
