I'm looking to participate in a big week long camping event this summer, and I think I'll be in charge of breakfast at least once! I love love love steel cut oatmeal, it's one of the major joys in my life. I'd love to be able to make them crock pot style, and a large amount at a time. (I usually throw it together the night before, wake up, and have breakfast immediately with no prep time!) I'm curious to find out how much I can successfully cook at one time in a big crock pot... does anyone have any experience with this, or tips for me? Thank you!
