Tried the Steamed Oysters at Peach Farm

Based on this board, when I was in Chinatown a few days ago I went to Peach Farm for the Oysters in Black Bean Sauce. Holy cow! I had no idea that you got eight oysters as big as your head for $8.95. They were good in a very meaty, enormous oyster kind of way. Apparently I've never had (or heard of) Pacific oysters before. I thought someone had said they got these at take-out and I was amazed that this would be do-able. Anyhow, thanks for the reccomendation. It was quite an adventure. I'd recommend sharing this dish as it is a lot of meat.

BTW, I also got hot and sour soup (generous portion, kinda on the eggy side if you like it that way) and my friend got the "shredded duck with rice stick" which was quite good although a bit on the greasy side for $6.50.
