It's at Surati Farsan Mart in Artesia. It's sev... something. I can't remember the name. It's described on the menu as some sort of steamed chickpea thing. It's sort of like polenta, but instead of cornmeal, it's chickpea flour. It's a dense, nutty, gloriously deep, savory experience. I love it. It's like bread pudding, but chickpea. It's hard to describe. Where else can I get steamed chickpea things? I love steamed chickpea things. It makes me understand how Dickensian character could possibly be excited about a bread pudding. It probably made them feel the way the sev whatever makes me feel. Which is very, very good.
Also, there is some sort of clotted sweetened yogurt product topped with pistachios and eaten with chipatis. This is excellent.
