steamed bun help~!

I just started making bao zi (chinese steamed buns with filling), but every time i steam them they open up D: they taste delicious but don't look very pretty. if anyone knows what i'm doing wrong/why they're opening up, i'd appreciate the help and any tips on bun-making technique! tia :)
