My sister gave me a few (uncooked) skirt steaks that she got on sale on Friday (5/16). I thought I had stuck them in the freezer, but just found out I mistakenly put them in the frig when I came home Fri night. Are they still good as of today, 5 days later? I have a bit of a gag reflex when it comes to smelling raw meat and chicken, so if there is a chance they are borderline, I'd rather just throw them away! She bought them Friday morning, btw. Thanks.
