Anyone remember this old fashioned Italian-American treat?

A good NY strip cooked medium rare, topped with good spicy marinara, then mozzerella, then placed under the broiler till the mozzerela lightly browns. Served with a side of spaghetti alio olio and a nice bottle of chianti!
