Best Steak north strip

I understand this is very personalized and I am only looking for great options. My desires.
1. Great food - steak (not the $200 steak, but a regular old fashion strip or ribeye) and sides
2. Short walk from Wynn (not Prime or old homestead or GR)

Been to CUT and loved it, Delmonico was good as well. I felt SW was really good but did not live up to the hype, same as the Steakhouse in Circus Circus.

I'd consider CUT or Delmonico again, but what about Heritage, Bazaar Meat or Carnevino or ???...
