Steak that won't break the bank

Well, some friends are visiting from Cleveland and I doubt they can live off the food I love, thanks to, on Argyle, Devon, Western, etc.
ANYWAY........they want to eat the steak that made Chicago great. Being a student, I would appreciate any alternatives to Gibson's, Morton's and the like. Even though my buddies are "swimming in it" I don't want to take them to Smith & Wollensky and make them feel like they gotta dig deep.
