On my recent trip to Hong Kong I had an amazing thin cut sirloin steak that was served with Bernaise sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly and it was australian beef which had excellent flavour despite not having too much marbling.
I know here in North America, steaks are usually served with as little sauce as possible, as it is really the flavour and quality of meat that shines. However, I was hoping to find a place here in Toronto that may have what I am looking for. The strong taste of the meat accompanied by the creamy bernaise sauce is still heavily implanted on my palate, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it right now.
I'm hoping someone can recommend a place that can serve a nice a thin cut steak with bernaise sauce for me to kill my craving.
